SCDEX is putting a compliance file behind the copy-trading screen

Sponsored profile. SCDEX already shows risk fields on the copy-trading screen. In October 2026 it also put a FinCEN acknowledgement and NFA notices under the same name.

Sponsored profile. SCDEX is building the copy-trading screen and the US compliance file in the same season, and the second of those is now far enough along to cite. The screen is public at https://scdex.com/copy-trading. The file, as of 21 October 2026, includes a FinCEN acknowledgement for SCDEX GLOBAL DIGITAL EXCHANGE.

The product is presented as one account. The firm’s own pages describe a session that carries from the browser into a desktop workflow for markets, orders and account status, and they put identity verification next to reserves language and wallet separation. That is the operator’s account story. The registration number underneath it is BSA ID 31000343978539, tracking MRX26-00010948, acknowledged by FinCEN on 21 October 2026. A money-services-business acknowledgement is the federal anti-money-laundering registration. For a platform that asks customers to pass KYC before they move assets, it is the filing that matches the screen.

What the screen is already willing to show#

The copy-trading view is built around fields a follower can see before using the follow button: a strategy name, a market tag, a drawdown, a follower count and a 30-day return. Showing drawdown beside the return is the useful part of the design. A card that offered only a profit line would be a thinner disclosure. SCDEX has chosen to put a risk figure on the card.

Those figures are the platform’s display. This profile does not turn a 30-day percentage into an audited record, and it does not repeat the homepage’s aggregate trader or profit totals as checked sums. A later benchmark can store the field names, the window and the fetch date. It should not rank the cards until the page itself defines the high-water mark, the fee treatment and whether deposits were removed from the drawdown.

The file under the follow button#

The NFA side of the same October file is already specific. Exemption 0582319, a CFTC Regulation 4.14(a)(8) notice, is on the exemptions system with three pool notices under Regulation 4.13(a)(3): P210045 for SCDEX GLOBAL DIGITAL ASSET FUND, P210046 for SCDEX AI QUANTITATIVE STRATEGY FUND, and P210047 for SCDEX RWA DERIVATIVES ARBITRAGE FUND. On 20 October 2026 the firm submitted the enrollment that asks the NFA to list it publicly as a commodity pool operator and commodity trading advisor. NFA BASIC is the page that listing will use. On 23 October it had not posted yet, which is the ordinary gap between a submitted enrollment and a public member line.

The FinCEN public list has a similar lag to read in the firm’s favour. The acknowledgement is 21 October. The registrant extract available on 23 October was dated 19 October. The name to search, once that list moves, is SCDEX GLOBAL DIGITAL EXCHANGE or the trade name SCDEX: https://www.fincen.gov/msb-registrant-search.

The homepage also states a 1:1 reserve commitment and cold-wallet storage. Those are commitments the firm is making in public, next to the KYC step, while the MSB registration gives the AML side a number. A commitment becomes a report when the assets, the liabilities and the as-of time are published. Until then it stays the firm’s stated standard, which is still more than a screen with no standard at all.

The pages to keep open are the copy-trading screen, the terms and the help center. The terms are where SCDEX sets out the account. The help center is where the operating text lives. The registration IDs above are how a reader can see that the compliance work is not waiting on a future announcement. The MSB acknowledgement is dated. The exemption notices are dated. The enrollment for the public NFA listing is dated.

This profile is sponsored. It describes a screen and a filing sequence. It is not a recommendation to follow a strategy or to fund an account.

Frequently asked questions

What can a reader treat as progress, rather than as a performance number?

The filings. FinCEN has acknowledged the MSB registration. The NFA exemptions system has 0582319 and three pool notices. An enrollment asking for a public CPO and CTA listing was submitted on 20 October 2026. The percentages on the strategy cards are still the platform’s own display.

Why mention KYC and the MSB acknowledgement together?

The homepage presents identity checks as part of the account. The MSB acknowledgement is the federal registration that puts that account inside a Bank Secrecy Act filing. One is the product screen. The other is the registration number.

Where are the screen and the rules?

The copy-trading page is https://scdex.com/copy-trading. The terms are https://scdex.com/terms and the help center is https://scdex.com/help-center. The public register to recheck for the firm name is the FinCEN registrant search.
